This study will look at the efficacy and safety of combined treatment with 2 anticancer drugs, which are called tislelizumab (also known as BGB-A317) and BGB-A1217 compared to treatment with pembrolizumab and saline (a mix of salt and water). A relatively small number of patients will receive tislelizumab and saline.
