IMPROVE: MedStar Cardiovascular Research Network/IMPact on Revascularization Outcomes of intraVascular ultrasound guided treatment of complex lesions and Economic impact

The study will assess whether the use of IVUS improves subjects’ clinical outcomes at 1 year following this PCI procedure. These subjects will be compared to subjects who did not undergo such IVUS imaging guidance during their PCI procedures. All subjects who need stents during this PCI procedure will receive the Resolute Onyx zotarolimus-eluting coronary stent.
