This study is for Participants who have been diagnosed with an aggressive fibromatosis or desmoid tumor. Desmoid tumors are a type of rare soft tissue
cancer that can grow anywhere in the body. Your tumor is growing after taking at least one form of treatment for desmoid tumor by mouth or in the vein and cannot be removed by surgery without complications. The overall goal of this study is to find out what effects, good and/or bad, a new cancer fighting drug called nirogacestat has on children and adolescents with desmoid tumors. In addition, we want to see how the body of a child or adolescent processes the drug.
