Overview
Mandi Bailey, MA, LMHC, is a licensed psychotherapist, educator, and research scientist with Nursing and Whole-Person Research at the AdventHealth Research Institute. Her work involves developing curriculum and research interventions, as well as providing therapeutic intervention, in the areas of whole-person health, clinician well-being and burnout prevention. Ms. Bailey received her Master’s degree from Rollins College in clinical mental health, and her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is a qualified clinical supervisor in the state of Florida, and has over 14 years of experience providing counseling, clinical supervision, education, and program development in a variety of settings. Ms. Bailey’s areas of clinical specialty include trauma treatment, anxiety management, group development, career development, resiliency, and well-being. Her research areas of interest include healthcare worker mental health and burnout prevention. Ms. Bailey is passionate about her work with helping professionals, and is committed to exploring and delivering innovative, evidence-supported solutions for the workforce.
