About the Facility
The Heart, Lung and Vascular Research Department, located on the AdventHealth Orlando campus, leverages the internal resources from the Heart, Lung & Vascular Institute to facilitate seamless operation of research projects.
The department has a fully-equipped onsite examination room for participant visits and non-surgical research procedures with proximity to central registration and valet parking. Restricted access cabinets enable compliant storage of Investigational products and devices.
The department has access to a suite of services allowing for routine and complex laboratory draws, with expertise in sample processing, storage, analysis and shipping. The research department is also able to leverage a centralized research laboratory for processing of more complex specimens as required by some research protocols. For additional laboratory capabilities, including advanced cellular and molecular endpoint analyses, please contact our research team.
For our research partners, we have access to a full complement of procedural, pharmacy, radiologic and surgical services to enable advanced clinical trials and studies. Please contact the research team for additional information.
