In this study, we will analyze the available NICU data to determine the predictive value of a Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) scoring system. Later, we will determine a threshold score at which an intervention like postnatal steroids can decrease the risk for BPD or death. Using the data at 28 days of age, we will develop a scoring system that will predict the risk of death or BPD in extremely preterm infants. We hypothesize that in extremely preterm infants, a scoring system based on selected factors at 28 days of age can predict the risk of death or moderate to severe BPD 'Non-breech presentation (cephalic, transverse, oblique), More than 1 baby, Cervical dilation of >/= 1cm, Body mass index more than 40 kg/m2.
