Dr. Jingwei Sun earned a PhD in Economics from Boston University and started her career as an Assistant Professor of Economics. Dr. Sun conducted complex quantitative analysis and produced research reports for top academic journals. Her research interests range from Health Economics to Finance. Dr. Sun has produced various types of data driven and economic models, such as cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) and time-driven-activity-based-costing (TDABC). While in China, she led a nation-wide research project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). After being tenured and promoted to an Associate Professor position, she decided to focus her attention on the operation of the healthcare industry and improvement of patient outcomes.
