Raymund Woo, MD, is a board-certified pediatric orthopedic surgeon who specializes in treating children with deformities of the spine and limbs as well as growth plate injuries, neuromuscular disorders, neurofibromatosis and a variety of sports injuries. As a father himself, he is supremely attuned to parents' concerns about their children's health care and places a strong emphasis on good communication with both patients and their caregivers. He has been recognized among the Best Doctors in America and has earned numerous distinctions throughout his medical training. Dr. Woo earned his medical degree and carried out his general surgery internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit; he undertook his advanced fellowship training in orthopedic pediatric surgery at Scottish Rite Children's Medical Center in Atlanta.
