Overview

Rebecca has worked for the Florida Institute of Technology where she was responsible for grant proposals and submissions, award/contract negotiations, intellectual property protection, and its research compliance program, including export controls and conflicts of interest.  She has wide-ranging experience involving research through her prior roles with the Office of Research Integrity at Brown University, the Office of Sponsored Programs at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and in the University of South Florida’s technology transfer office.

She received her B.S. in Biology from the University of Tampa and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
